Replace the existing website with a more professional and modern looking design that is easy on the eyes, showcases the author’s writing, and promotes her new book. Transition the brand from a writer to an author!

Website Design & Development:

Working on this project with Author Linda Atwell was a joy, but of course, it was not without its challenges. Linda came to Foxwell Creative in a bit of a predicament. With our help over the years she had built a very successful blog under the name OutOneEar which was to be the name of her first book. However, the name of the book changed and so did her vision. Desiring to change from being known as a blogger to an author without losing followers required some creative thinking on our part. This change needed to occur both on the new website and on her social media accounts.

For the website it was important that we stayed with a blog-centered theme; however, with this design we kept the writer as the focal point, rather than the writing. The author's name is boldly at the top of the website, and her name is attached to each blog post and website page. Her social media accounts have also been integrated into the site to bring a personal touch and to inform visitors how they can connect with her. This has helped tremendously in the transition and building of her personal brand
