1How Long Will It Take To Build My Website?

At Foxwell Creative we believe in quality over quantity, and good work takes time. We will always try to accommodate deadlines; however, the complexity of the project and the efficiency of collaboration and communication are big factors.

For a basic website we usually shoot for a month or less. For complex sites such as eCommerce or websites with a lot of content, the project could take several months.

2Can You Fix My Website?
Currently, we are only working on new projects. Please feel free to reach out, though. We will try our best to point you in the right direction!
3How Will We Communicate?
All client communication, for the exception of phone calls, will happen via our secure client area (in development). We have found that this streamlines communication and improves efficiency!
4What If I Need Changes Made To My New Website?

No problem! You can submit a support ticket or give us a call and we will get right on it! We support our work :-)

Website & Email Hosting Support

1Can You Help Setup My Email?

Absolutely! We will gladly help you setup all of your email accounts on all of your devices.

This service is free if we built your website! If you have transferred your website from another host there will be a small fee.

2Can You Transfer My Existing Website?

You bet! We will transfer your website to the Foxwell Creative servers and ensure that it is running properly. This also includes transferring all of your email accounts.

3How Do I Get Support?

If you need assistance, please submit a support ticket through our secure client area, or if it's during normal business hours, you can also call us!

4What If I Want To Cancel?

We want our client's to be happy with us, so we do not set term contracts for web hosting. You are free to leave us at any time, for any reason!

With that said, we don't think you'll want to leave! We're cool like that!

Billing / Payment Information

1Do I Have To Pay For My Website Up Front?

We require that a portion of the contracted development cost be paid up front. The remaining balance is due before the website goes live!

2What Forms of Payment Do You Accept?

We gladly accept payments via ACH Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover Card.

We also accept checks!
